Terms of service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

The service

Yomup provides booking and payment software for tour and activity operators: hosted booking pages, an embeddable widget, online payments, and an operator dashboard. We provide the software — the tours themselves, their delivery, safety, and quality are the operator’s responsibility.

Operator responsibilities

  • Keep tour information, pricing, schedules, and capacity accurate — customers book against what you publish.
  • Honour confirmed bookings, your stated cancellation terms, and applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
  • Hold the licences, insurance, and safety certifications your activity requires.
  • Use customer data collected through the platform only to deliver and manage the booked experience.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through the operator's connected payment provider, and bookings are confirmed only after a verified successful payment. Refunds and cancellations follow the policy the operator publishes on their booking page; payment-processing fees may be non-refundable.

Pilot status

The platform is in an early pilot phase. We work closely with pilot operators and aim for high reliability, but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees during the pilot, and features may change as the product develops.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
