Clarity on where the money goes

Yomup charges operators for software. Guest payments and deposits are made directly to the operator's own payment account. Yomup does not add any fee to the guest, does not hold guest funds, and is not a party to the payment between guest and operator. Payment-method fees charged by the operator's payment provider are separate and are not set by Yomup.

Pricing questions

What currency is billing in?

All plan prices are in Philippine pesos (₱), billed monthly or annually depending on what you choose above. On Pay-as-you-go, the 5% is taken from the pesos your guests actually deposit — there is no separate invoice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like — you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, no partial refunds.

Do guests ever pay Yomup?

No. Guests pay the operator directly, into the operator’s own connected payment account. Yomup is never a party to that payment and never holds guest funds.

How is the 5% counted?

Only on deposits the operator actually keeps. A deposit that is fully refunded to the guest accrues no fee.
