What this covers

Yomup is booking and payment software for tour and activity operators. This policy explains what data we process when operators use the platform and when customers book a tour through an operator’s booking page or widget.

Data we process

  • Operator accounts: name, email address, and authentication data needed to run your dashboard and team access.
  • Customer bookings: the name, email address, and booking details a customer provides when reserving a tour. This data belongs to the operator the booking was made with; we process it on their behalf to deliver confirmations, reminders, and self-service cancellation.
  • Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store only payment status and references needed for reconciliation and refunds.

Who we share data with

We use a small set of service providers to run the platform: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting and database infrastructure. We do not sell personal data, and customer data is never shared across operators.

Retention and your rights

Booking records are kept as long as the operator needs them for their business and legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data — customers should contact their operator first, and either party can reach us at gerasorasdev@gmail.com.

Changes

The platform is in an early pilot phase and this policy will evolve with it. Material changes will be announced to operators by email and reflected in the date above.
